Full Result Postings Still Delayed

As of 2:15 PM EST, July 18 Kirsten Whipple, a representative of the Chicago Yacht Club's Race to Mackinac reported that the computer file used to enter, calculate and publish results became corrupted on the island.

This problem will result in an undetermined delay in the publication of results.  According to Whipple, all the data must be reentered into the system once staff is back in Chicago.  Whipple also said that online publication of the results is "not expected anytime soon."

The staff of ChicagoMackinac.com has recently received a hard copy version of the complete preliminary results and will work to get all the data key punched and available online shortly.
