July 16, 1:30 PM Report from Mackinac Island

Weather at the island: raining in a medium to heavy downpour with very little wind.

As of 1:30 PM EST about 59 boats have crossed the finish line.

All finish times are very preliminary at this time.  It appears that there may be a problem with some of the computer systems calculating this information on the island.
